Job Summary

To ensure goods received (via Receiving) or returned are of the desired quality, quantity and specification per Purchase Order and to maintain the tidiness of all Finance storerooms as well as the inventory accuracy.

Job Duties

  • Ensure all deliveries of goods are covered by either Purchase Order or Market List.
  • Check the quality and quantity of all delivered goods against invoices and Purchase Orders and ensure the quality is in line with the club standards.

Job Duties

  • Ensures accuracy and efficiency and develops constructive ideas for increasing revenues, profitability based on sales data as well as developing a high level of Member experience. The manager will work with feedback through different channels, Committee, Members, Management, and the Club’s survey system.

Job Duties

  • Supports the daily set-up and operations.  Ensure the highest possible levels of service are met and exceeded consistently
  • Maintains high levels of cleanliness  and self presentation standards
  • Maintains good  knowledge and understanding of the full food and beverage menu, including dietary labelling and ingredient components
  • Orders taken and entered accurately into POS
  • Ensures precise communication with the kitchen regarding menu changes, availabilities and special requests
  • Ensure all billings and charges follow the correct billing procedures according to instructions
