Job Duties
  • Provide exceptional service to all members and guests. E.g. greet Members, take orders and make recommendations

Job Duties
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of the swimming pools

  • High school diploma or GED; 8 + years’ experience in food and beverage. Restaurant / hotel food and beverage experience and a thorough understanding of restaurant service with exceptional food and beverage knowledge is preferred

Job Duties

  • Diploma holder or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services or Building related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experiences preferably in commercial and office building with 2 years at supervisory Level
  • Hands on experience on maintenance contracts administration and renovation/fitting out project are preferable
  • On-site experience is preferred, conversant with current regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong
  • Holder of related license on electrical Installations and other building services preferred.
  • Experience on BEAM/LEED standard certification is a benefit

  • Manage/Supervise technical services team at the clubhouses
  • Work with the property management team to deliver high quality technical support to the properties
  • Support the Club events and activities
  • Set up of Preventive Maintenance Programs and ensure/monitor smooth delivery of such programs

  • Manage, coordinate and supervise fitting-out/renovation/other alternation and addition works of the building

Job Duties
  • To work closely with the Outlet Management team and members
  • Assist the Outlet Managers and teams on day-to-day operations
  • Support and work with the ADFB on beverage promotions and promoting beverage sales to drive budget requirements and member trends
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the wine list and beverage offerings ensuring members and guests are advised of the most appropriate wine for their meal and budget. Documenting members preferences for the greater team knowledge
  • Work closely with the ADFB to achieve the Club’s Mission Statement, Guiding Principles and Service Standards into the operation and ensure the primary objective of maintaining high standards of operation
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the wine list and beverage offerings ensuring guests are advised of the most appropriate wine for their meal and budget

  • Respond to the Club inquires and concerns. Ensure timely and quality service delivery to the club. Follow up with other department to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the operation with the team to ensure maintenance, housekeeping, security, gardener and linen service are delivered in compliance with the SLA and SOP to achieve the KPI targets
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the operation is in alignment with company standards
  • Assist in the preparation of annual facilities budget, forecasts and contracts
  • Review and maintain service reports and agreements and manage external contractors and vendors
