- Vocational Training of Professional Cooking
曾接受職業先修或相關專業廚藝訓練 - At least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with Chinese banquet experience
至少3-4年類似崗位經驗,有中式宴會經驗者優先 - Good command of oral English or Cantonese
流利英語或粵語會話
- Prepare Asian Food for any a la carte menu serving Asian Cuisine in the Club
為會所的亞洲菜單準備亞洲食品 - Prepare Chinese Food (Hot & Cold) for any Banquet functions in the Club or outside catering
為會所或外部餐飲場所的任何宴會活動準備中式菜式(冷熱) - Assist Western Banquets, support Sous Chef when scheduled
協助助理主廚支援西式宴會 - Work closely with the Sous Chef and assist in food requisition to ensure sufficient stock but no wastage
與助理主廚緊密合作並協助安排食材,確保有充足存貨及避免浪費 - Maintain high standard of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness at all times in their area of work
