Job Duties

Fitness & Recreation Coordinator

Job Requirements
  • Handle daily operations at The Edge, including phone inquiries, email communications, and member complaints, ensuring prompt and professional service
  • Manage facility bookings for The Bunker, Squash Courts, Tennis Courts, Indoor Multi-purpose Courts, and Activity Rooms, ensuring accurate scheduling and smooth coordination
  • Oversee program and facility booking charges; prepare related reports and ensure proper documentation and billing accuracy
  • Assist the Assistant Recreation Manager (Programs) with coordinating family, adult, youth, and children’s programs, classes, parties and events offered by the Club
  • Provide administrative support for recreation programs and events, including registration, communication, confirmations, and follow-up reporting
  • Work closely with other Recreation sections, internal departments, and service contractors on planning, scheduling, and delivering programs, classes, and events
  • Assist the Assistant Recreation Manager (Programs) in supervising service contractors related to recreation programs and classes to ensure quality delivery and adherence to Club standards
  • Assist the Assistant Recreation Manager (Programs) in reviewing existing programs and developing new recreation activities that meet the interests and needs of the membership

Job Duties

Job Requirements
  • Holder of Level 3 WSET / Court of Master Sommeliers or equivalent Sommelier qualifications
  • A minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in 5-star International Hotel, Private Club or high-end restaurant
  • Very good at speaking and writing in English and spoken Cantonese
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent service delivery
  • Good physique, able to stand at least 9 hours in restaurant areas; lift over 50 pounds on an intermittent basis; able to bend, stoop lift, reach, push, pull, twist, walk, crouch, and squat
  • Complete knowledge of wine pairing, wine list, and cocktail and beverage menus of wine industry

Job Duties
  • Work closely with Restaurant Management and staff as well as F&B staff from other outlets and takes every opportunity to meet, greet and discuss wines with members, guests and staff
  • Assist Restaurant and Assistant Director of F&B with day-to-day operations
  • Support and work with Assistant Director of F&B on beverage promotions and promoting beverage sales
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the wine list and beverage offerings ensuring guests are advised of the most appropriate wine for their meal and budget
  • Prepare and handle and manage wine dinner/ events with Assistant Director of F&B
  • Responsible for developing, deploying and managing a successful beverage marketing plan.
  • Ensures that the wine sales are maximized and upselling techniques are consistently trained and reinforced
  • Ensure all Beverage operations are consistent to the Club’s policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, food and beverage policies and in-house standards and procedures

Job Duties
  • Respond to the Club inquires and concerns. Ensure timely and quality service delivery to the club. Follow up with other department to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the operation with the team to ensure maintenance, housekeeping, security, gardener and linen service are delivered in compliance with the SLA and SOP to achieve the KPI targets
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the operation is in alignment with company standards
  • Assist in the preparation of annual facilities budget, forecasts and contracts
  • Review and maintain service reports and agreements and manage external contractors and vendors

Recreation & Programs Manager

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related discipline preferred
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in recreation, sports facility management, hospitality, or club operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior coordination role
  • Strong understanding of aquatic operations, sports facilities, fitness operations, and youth recreation spaces preferred
  • Experience working with service contractors, instructors, or external partners is an advantage
  • Proven track records and experience in managing the budget for the operations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities. History of working in any hospitality field is a plus
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operationally required
  • English advanced level or above in both writing and speaking
  • Hands-on experience of MS Office applications
  • Valid CPR/First Aid or relevant safety certifications are preferred (or willingness to obtain)
