  • Diploma holder or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services or Building related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experiences preferably in commercial and office building with 2 years at supervisory Level
  • Hands on experience on maintenance contracts administration and renovation/fitting out project are preferable
  • On-site experience is preferred, conversant with current regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong
  • Holder of related license on electrical Installations and other building services preferred.

Job Duties

Job Duties
  • Develop strong rapport with members and seek new and repeat business opportunities through building relationships with members, event organizers, wedding planners, and member referrals
  • Focus on selling the Club’s event spaces to achieve and exceed the revenue targets
  • Assist in generating a pipeline of opportunities through a combination of marketing activities, contacting previous clients, rebooking strategies, and following up with incoming leads with new business opportunities
  • Maintain and uphold the Club’s ethics and reputation within the membership and their referrals
  • Working collaboratively to manage organizers, creative and logistic partners, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the key objectives are met and executed to quality standards
  • Assist in the coordination, administration work, and details of different types of events such as conferences, weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, charity events, surprise parties, trade shows, sales meetings, and business meetings
  • Utilize the Club’s event booking system to capture accurately all-important information for an event and generate timely updates to the key stakeholders. Ensure that booking deposits and cancellations are managed as per the terms of the contract
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with current and new partnerships, with the Club’s team and the Club’s pillar community
  • Be conscious of budget and sales targets and maintain a key focus on these financial goals
  • Collect feedback and handle feedback regarding event services, generate reports and analysis following the event
