Job Requirements
  • Secondary school graduate or above; Associate Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Warehousing , or a related discipline preferred 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the hospitality or clubhouse industry, experience in cost accounting is an advantage 
  • Sound knowledge of Food & Beverage products 
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with inventory management system
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese  
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details  

Job Duties
  • Check Daily Receiving Record against invoices/delivery notes to ensure the correct amount of goods received are posted to ERP system 
  • Create and update all storeroom items, retail store items and spa retail items in ERP system 
  • Cost all food and beverage inter-transfers within F&B outlets and retail store 
  • Compile all cost breakdowns for festive events for event P&L purposes 
  • Assist in all physical stock-takings 
  • Check the purchase ledger between Costing and Accounts Payable to ensure the accuracy of total purchase of the month 
  • Assist in production of Monthly Cost Control Report and Salesmix Report for all F&B outlets 
  • Perform receiving duties in Country Club when storeroom staff is on leave 
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Assistant Director of Finance or Director of Finance

  • Qualified Holder of International Beauty Diploma such as CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent

Job Duties
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
  • Process vendor payments by reviewing invoices, raising Purchase Order, validating payment terms, and coordinating payment schedules
  • Communicate with Consultants and Contractors in respect of meeting arrangements, correspondence and submission of quotes and invoices
  • Keep systematic records and files in respect of project correspondence
  • Assist the Director of Capital Projects in the preparation of monthly financial and project progress reports and monthly staffing schedules or timesheets
  • Arrangement of meetings, either face-to-face or remote (‘Zoom’ and ‘Teams’)
