• Ensure smooth daily operation of the swimming pools
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the swimming pools and pool area

• Handle Members/Guests’ enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report Guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found

• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences preferably in commercial and office building with 2 years at supervisory Level
• Hands on experience on maintenance contracts administration and renovation/fitting out project are preferable
• On-site experience is preferred, conversant with current regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong
• Holder of related license on electrical Installations and other building services preferred.
• Experience on BEAM/LEED standard certification is a benefit
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated with good co-ordination and interpersonal skills

• Manage/Supervise technical services team at the clubhouses
• Work with the property management team to deliver high quality technical support to the properties
• Support the Club events and activities
• Set up of Preventive Maintenance Programs and ensure/monitor smooth delivery of such programs
• Assist in technical services related tendering preparation and analysis
• Manage, coordinate and supervise fitting-out/renovation/other alternation and addition works of the building
• Prepare and work on environmental friendly/sustainable measures or program for the long term benefit of the building

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Certificate in IT or equivalent discipline 
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in IT support and project management. Experience in AV system setup and support is a plus
• Excellent organizational/time management/analytical skills
• Possess excellent knowledge in operating and managing AV systems
• Ability to plan, organize and implement Audio/Visual solutions for both Club and Private events.

• Manage setup works and provide AV support services in both locations in all events and meetings
  
• Manage the staff/contractors/consultants/members and end users to ensure IT and AV events/Maintenance/Projects are on schedule and within budget
  
• Manage IT equipment, setup, networks, backup and status reports for factory, office, and facilities
• General IT administration (OS installation, system troubleshooting, virus protection) and status report (Network performance, net activity record, new requests)
• Assist Director of Information Technology to manage IT and AV contractors to ensure their service level meets the maintenance and project requirements
• Maintain the user manual and related documents for IT and AV systems are up to date  
• Provide regular IT and AV systems training to end users and teammates
• Evaluate softward and hardware for internal IT infrastructure & enhancing company productivity
